BAP System is the personal information controller for information submitted through this website. BAP System is an independent marketing team and distributor website. Its authorized administrators and referrers assist with webinar and enrollment coordination.

Information we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect:
- Full name
- Facebook or Messenger name
- Email address
- Present country
- Preferred webinar date and time
- Referral code and assigned referrer
- Enrollment-related details and manual payment records provided during coordination
Please do not submit passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, card security codes, or other authentication credentials through this website.
Why we process information
Information is processed to respond to your request, manage webinar registration or enrollment, send related confirmations, provide necessary instructions, maintain records, prevent misuse, and coordinate with the appropriate administrator and referrer.
We do not use information submitted through these forms to send unrelated newsletters, promotions, or marketing campaigns.
Legal basis
We process ordinary personal information when it is necessary to take steps at your request in connection with a webinar or potential enrollment, to perform related services, to comply with applicable legal obligations, or to pursue legitimate operational interests that do not override your rights.
A privacy notice explains the processing. It is not the same as consent, and consent is not the sole lawful basis for processing personal information.
Who receives information
Relevant information may be made available to authorized BAP System administrators and the referrer assigned through the referral link you used. They receive it only for webinar or enrollment coordination.
We also use service providers to operate the website and workflow:
- Cloudflare for website and backend infrastructure
- Google for Google Sheets record storage and Gmail notifications
- Meta when you choose to communicate or submit manual payment proof through Facebook or Messenger
These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Browser storage
The website uses essential local and session browser storage to remember a valid referral code and support session-based website functions. This storage is not used by BAP System for unrelated advertising or cross-site tracking.
You may clear browser storage through your browser settings, although doing so may reset referral or session information.
Retention and deletion
- Webinar inquiries that do not proceed to enrollment are retained for up to 12 months.
- Enrollment and transaction records are retained for up to 5 years, or longer when reasonably required for applicable legal, accounting, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution purposes.
After the applicable period, records are securely deleted or disposed of unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
Security
We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures intended to protect submitted information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Access is limited to authorized persons who need the information for the stated purposes.
No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. If you believe your information has been affected by a security issue, contact us promptly.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or blocking when appropriate, or information about how your data has been used. You may also object to certain processing or raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.
